Wrestling: Six Compete, Two 十大体育外围平台排名 Student-Athletes Earn All-American Honors at National Preps

BETHLEHEM -- Six GA Patriots competed in the 2024 National Prep Tournament at Lehigh University from 2月. 23-24. At the conclusion of the tournament, GA had earned its first pair of All-Americans since 2020.

106: Justin Farnsworth '27 entered the tournament as the No. 6 seed and finished eighth in his weight class, earning All-American Honors. Farnsworth won his first match by tech fall before taking the second bout by fall. However, he lost by decision in the quarterfinal. He came back to win his wrestleback, winning by major decision, but dropped his next to matches to finish the tournament. 

113: After making the trip to Nationals and missing missing out on some hardware a year ago, Jack Baron '26 put people on notice. As if his regular season was not enough to get attention, the sophomore finished third in his weight class after going 6-1 on the weekend. 

120: Shai Sabag '27 went 3-2 on the weekend with wins by fall over Matthew Morin (St. John's College) and Bo Dominguez (Brentwood Academy), and a win by major decision over Jacob Stewart (Peninsula Catholic School). 

132: Robert Leeds '25 went 3-2 on the weekend with a win by fall over Spear Gorelick (Charlotte Latin School) and wins by decision over Miles Hinson (St. Christopher's School) and Thomas Montgomery (Peninsula Catholic School). 

150: Jack Breme '26 finished the weekend 0-2.

165: Luke Sugalski '25 went 3-2 on the weekend with wins by fall over Chris Horsch (Peddie School) and Andrew St. Pierre (Thayer), and a win by major decision over Bo Sulc (Gonzaga College High School).
